Irene Dori works as Funzionario Antropologo at the Soprintendenza Archeologia Belle Arti e Paesaggio per le province di Verona, Rovigo e Vicenza, where she is in charge of the Anthropological Service.
She is responsible for the protection, conservation and valorization of the human skeletal remains from archeological contexts of the three provinces of competence.
She got her Ph.D. at the University of Florence and she was granted a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship at the University of Bordeaux
Her main fields of study are dental anthropology and developmental disorders in ancient human populations.
In CELTUDALPS, she collaborates in the study of he human remains.
