Luciano Salzani is an archaeologist who is specialized in prehistory. He worked for the Soprintendenza Archeologica del Veneto and has excavated and published various necropolis of the Bronze and Iron age, of which several Celtic cemeteries.

In the project CELTUDALPS he is collaborating for the study of the grave goods from the necropolis of the Seminario Maggiore of Verona.
