Prof. Dr. Ulrich Struck is honorary professor at the Freie University Berlin for stable isotope palaeontology and is scientific head of the stable isotope laboratory at the Natural History Museum in Berlin, Germany. His research expertise lies in the use of stable isotopes, mainly C/N/O/H in ecological and paleo climatological research.

His role in CELTUDALPS includes the stable isotope analysis, and interpretation of isotopic data.
